Most of our performers come from professional sports backgrounds, so working a crowd of thousands is what they do. Entertainment That Works a Crowd of Thousands
A stadium is a different animal from a ballroom. A routine that lands at a reception can disappear in an arena. That is where our background matters: most of our dancers come from professional sports, so a crowd of thousands is not a challenge, it is a Tuesday.
Betties and Belles books dancers and cheerleaders for sporting events and concerts, and we have the experience to pull it off at scale. We warm up runners at a 5k or a mini marathon welcome ceremony, perform alongside the DJ or musical act you have booked, and coordinate entertainment across a full tournament, concert, or festival. We build the choreography around your event, help with music, and can provide sound equipment if you need it.
I'm Tessa Caccavallo, and I cheered for the Indianapolis Colts and danced for the Indiana Pacers before founding Betties and Belles. Working a live crowd of that size is exactly what I trained for, and it is what our roster is built on. That range of experience is what professional dancers and choreographers spend years building.

Real events, real crowds. Betties and Belles has performed at the Bridgestone Invitational on the PGA Tour, for the Indianapolis Colts, and at the Neon Dash 5k, alongside corporate galas, product launches, and nationally televised events.
Cheerleaders
If you want dancers who perform like the pros you see on NFL and NBA dance teams, this is our home turf. Our roster includes current and former professional cheerleaders, and our choreography, set to the hottest music, gets a crowd on its feet and ready for the big game.
It is the most natural fit we offer for a sporting event, because it is where most of our team came from. We can also provide hosting and promotional modeling for your party, tailgate, or trade show.
Promotional Models and Hostesses
Need a polished team to run the front of house? We provide promotional models and hostesses who greet guests, handle registration, guide people to their seats, introduce your emcee, and run drink and appetizer service. We hold our team to a high standard of professionalism and poise, so your guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in.
Themes We Perform
Every theme below is a full production: choreography, costumes, and music built to match. Tell us the direction and we will build the performance around it.
1920s and Great Gatsby
The Roaring Twenties is a favorite for corporate gatherings, anniversaries, and themed events. Dancers perform in flapper dresses, vintage hats, and feathered headpieces, working through the Charleston, Lindy Hop, fox trot, and Breakaway. A high-energy way to get a crowd on its feet.
Hip Hop and Jazz
For a high-energy crowd, hip hop and jazz dancers set to current music get people moving fast. Dancers can perform a choreographed routine to a track you choose, work freestyle alongside your DJ or band, or teach the crowd the latest dance on the spot. Specialty styles, including break dancing, are available on request.
Samba and Latin
We have performed Latin routines for fundraisers, flash mobs, and receptions. Samba dancers for a Carnivale theme, salsa for a reception, or Zumba instructors to get a group moving. We build the music and the steps around the energy you want in the room. Specific Latin costuming may carry an additional fee.
How Booking Works
Reach out with your event date, city, venue, and the scale you are working with. We build a quote, then choreograph the entertainment around your event, your music, and your crowd. For a tournament, concert, or festival, we can coordinate performances across the whole schedule, not just a single set.
Because sporting events and concerts vary so much in size, pricing is quoted per event. A single halftime performance and a multi-day festival are very different jobs, so tell us what you are planning and we will build a number around it. Book four to six weeks out where you can, since prime dates fill fast. Event professionals who work under standards from the International Live Events Association will tell you the same thing: the vendors worth having book out early.
